What is the deliverytime for my order?

The delivery of our chocolate is normally up to three businessdays. It can happen that the selected item(s) is/are not available because our stock is based on very small quantities. In that case we will inform you that the deliverytime is a bit longer than usual.

The average deliverytime is the time needed for the delivery of the order at your home or at another address indicated by you to deliver. For delivery in the Netherlands, the average deliverytime is included. In case of delivery outside the Netherlands, the specified deliverytime must be added to the average deliverytime to calculate when the ordered product can be expected. An order (within the Netherlands) has a delivery time of 3 days (standard delivery). We work with Post.nl. for all deliveries.

What payment options are available?

Payment of the ordered products in our onlineshop are always made via iDEAL or PayPal.

Orders are also sent at high(er) temperatures?

The ideal temperature for shipping chocolate(products) is between 10 and 18 degrees Celsius. At temperatures above or below these range we will sent but shipping is at your own risk!

What to do if I have received a wrong item?

For orders that are incomplete and/or incorrect, please contact us via the 'contact' button on our website. Mail your comments and your phone number and we will contact you soon as possible.

How can I cancel an order?

Orders for which payment already has been received by us can not be canceled. An order shall become final at the time the payment is received by us.

Can I return an order?

This is not possible. Our chocolate products are food. Normally there is a 7 days grace period by Dutch Law in the non-food category if you buy a product remotely, for example via a webshop. This does not apply for fresh products. After receiving our products, you can not return them.

How do I know my order has been received?

When your payment is accepted you will receive an email with your order ID. This is the confirmation of the order placed by you. Keep your order ID saved, so when you have any questions about your order you can refer to this.

How can I best store the ordered products?

Chocolate products should be stored in a cool, dark place. Chocolate consumption is best at room temperature.
